Flew over to Maui today for the Global Women's Summit being held @ Studio Maui in Haiku.
Met a neat lady on the bus and we got to talkin' about ways to maintain health in these crazy times. She mentioned “adaptogens”, amazing little molecules that cart toxins safely out of the body, and which can be found in foods like kelp seaweed.
She mentioned a book called “Diet for the Atomic Age” by Sarah Shannon. Anyone read it?? How do you cope with environmental toxins? Vitamins, mind-over-matter, noni juice? Inquiring minds want to know!! Xo
