And I just wanna yell “Yeah!” to all you peaceful people out there that have minimal distractions or concerns in your life. You don't have that much of a challenge and until you can send only love to a screaming, kicking, tantrum throwing brat in the restaurant; or less dramatic, the antics of a hyperactive 6 year old boy at your so-called retreat, you got some ways to go. Me? I just trudge along slowly, like a turtle.
